I just wanted to let you know we have had a number of comments on the renovation. I would say the colour scheme and how everything works together so nicely, is the dominant comment with clients wondering who is responsible for the professional and quality taste. Project Analysis

The first phase of the design process, project analysis includes interviewing the client to determine the scope of the project, needs analysis, budget and timeline considerations, and site inspections. Full check measure of the site and photographs are also completed.

Design Consultation

This service may be used on its own or in combination with our other services. Includes development of preliminary space plans and design concept studies that integrate the client’s needs, consultation on space planning, kitchen design, lighting, specification furnishings, interior and exterior finishes, colour coordination, window treatments and artwork consultation to name a few.

Working Drawings

The development and preparation of architectural working drawings for permit application and tendering purposes as per Bill 124.

Kitchen, Bath and Custom Cabinetry (Millwork) Design

The development of concepts and preparation of drawings for furniture and millwork construction, as well as interior architectural details.

Furnishings

Working with the client to source, purchase and install all furnishings with the option of providing a full “turn-key” experience.

Site Supervision/ Project Management

Oversee all aspects of the project to ensure high quality work and to ensure integrity of the design. This includes attending meetings with general contractor and client, preparing deficiency reports, and coordinating furniture delivery and installation.

Budget Planning

Assist the client with cost estimates to provide budget plans and phasing options.

Pre-Build Home Design Evaluation

Complete design solutions for custom homes, consultation on interior and exterior architectural components, as well as modifying existing plans to better suit the client's needs.
